Panamanian Football Federation and Coaches’ Voice launch a continuing education platform for license renewal

Since 2021, the Panamanian Football Federation (FPF) and MBP Coaches’ School, now part of the British company Coaches’ Voice, have been working together to train coaches in the country, aligning their licensing structure with the standards of the Concacaf Licensing Convention. As part of this process, more than 2,500 coaches have obtained their licenses and are actively participating in Panama’s football competition structure.

Now, taking another step toward the professionalization of the sector, FPF and Coaches’ Voice have developed an innovative continuing education platform for license renewal. Following international standards, coaches must periodically update their licenses to keep them valid. This new tool will provide access to top-tier content and allow coaches to accumulate the necessary credits for renewing their certifications. Anyone looking to renew their licenses will be able to do so here.

Claudio Polo, Technical Development Manager at FPF, highlights that “the implementation of our new e-learning platform represents a significant step forward in the training and development of coaches in Panama. Through this tool, we will provide access to high-quality content designed to strengthen knowledge and improve coaching methodologies. We believe that continuous education is key to the development of football in our country, and this platform will allow us to reach more coaches flexibly and efficiently, ensuring they remain aligned with the best practices of modern football.”

Meanwhile, Jaime Fortuño, Head of Business Development at Coaches’ Voice, stated: “From day one of our agreement, the Panamanian Football Federation has been committed to excellence in training, and we are very happy to work with them due to their professionalism, values, and deep love for the development of football in their country.”

Additionally, the prestigious Coaches’ Voice platform will expand its content, making available to the public lessons from renowned coaches such as José Mourinho, Cesc Fàbregas, and Xabi Alonso, as well as content from elite football academies, including Valencia C.F., among others. “All of this will be accessible online, with interactive videos available from anywhere in Panama. Thank you to FPF for continuing to trust us,” Jaime concluded.

With this new phase of the project, FPF and Coaches’ Voice reaffirm their commitment to excellence in coach education, ensuring that Panamanian football continues to grow with increasingly skilled and up-to-date professionals.
