To enhance coach training and elevate the level of football in Bolivia, Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School have signed a strategic agreement with the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF). This partnership reaffirms our commitment to educational excellence and the development of technical talent in Latin America.
A Partnership That Makes a Difference
The agreement, formalized during a meeting between Jaime Fortuño Vidal on behalf of Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School, and Pablo Escobar, FBF’s Director of Sports Development, reflects our mission to provide top-tier educational tools to Bolivian coaches. This initiative aims to empower sports professionals with innovative resources aligned with international standards.
Key Initiatives
In collaboration with the Comprehensive Football Studies Center (CIEF), Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School have developed an integrated plan that includes:
License Updates
As part of the agreement, we will promote ongoing coach training, enabling the update of licenses at all levels (C, B, A, and Pro). This center will provide practical resources such as exercises, training sessions, and curriculum designs tailored to daily activities. Starting in January 2025, specific courses for license updates will be offered, with details on the registration process coming soon.
Certifications for Coaches
From February 2025, coaches will have access to a comprehensive licensing program at various levels: C, B, A, and Pro. Each level will feature content designed by experts from Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School, accessible via an innovative digital platform. This initiative will ensure training that is up-to-date and aligned with international standards.
Transforming Latin American Football
With this agreement, Bolivia becomes the eighth Latin American country to partner with Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School for coach education, joining other federations like Chile and El Salvador.
In recent years, we have had the privilege of training over 10,000 coaches across the region, directly contributing to the development of Latin American football. Our approach combines international standards, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to educational excellence.
This agreement strengthens our role as leaders in coach education and represents a new milestone in our mission to shape the future of football in Latin America.
