This online course will let you deep dive into the more than 90 Individual Fundamentals per Player Position. All these fundamentals are born after an exhaustive study of the most common and relevant situations a player faces during a game depending on his/her position on the field. We will study the best possible ways to answer those situations, to ensure the better chances of success to the players.
You will have access to any content related with the player/structure we dictate in our in- class program Master in High Performance in Football. All of this will be available online to any student, giving him/her a new learning methodology through the use of gamification and Mati’s teammates story.

Course structure
The structure of the course is divided into 6 different modules in which each position is analyzed: central defender, fullbacks, holding midfielders, wingers, offensive midfielder and center forward.
In each of these modules the fundamentals will be presented and described, small tests will be carried out to put them into practice and then take action with more complex exercises. Finally, there will be a final challenge, analyzing these fundamentals during a live match.
At the end of each module, small challenges will be opened with the intention of sharing and discussing with the other students of the MBP community.
In this module, students will learn the different perspectives of understanding the players training. We will discover what the individual tactic is, how we understand it and then relate it to the individual fundamentals per position that we will review in the subsequent modules.

We will analyze the most common situations that holding midfielder will face during a match and how they should solve them optimally according to the patterns studied in MBP. In addition, we will put into practice our ability to identify these situations and assess the level of execution of the holding midfielder fundamentals.
We will analyze the most common situations that wingers will face during a match and how they should solve them optimally according to the patterns studied in MBP. In addition, we will put into practice our ability to identify these situations and assess the level of execution of the wingers fundamentals.
