Coaches’ Voice and MBP Coaches’ School Partner with INAF to Launch an Educational Platform for Coaches in Chile
Through an agreement between INAF (Instituto Nacional del Fútbol, Deporte y Actividad Física de Chile), Coaches’ Voice, and MBP Coaches’ School, an exclusive educational platform has been created for coaches in Chile. This initiative aims to facilitate license renewal and promote specialization in key areas of modern football.
In Chile, INAF’s regulations require coaches to complete two 10-hour courses to renew their licenses. With this partnership, three new and distinct courses will be offered, allowing coaches to select the ones that best suit their needs and preferences, expanding both opportunities and overall coaching standards. Those without a license can still enroll in these courses and will receive a certificate of participation and achievement, though no official license will be granted.
Innovative Courses Tailored to the Needs of Modern Football
The three courses, developed by MBP Coaches’ School with exclusive content from Coaches’ Voice, provide 10-hour credits each towards the renewal of the CONMEBOL License. Designed to tackle the challenges of today’s game, they cover key topics such as game analysis, youth talent development, and high-performance planning.
1. Game Analysis in Modern Football
This course equips coaches with the tools to analyze opposition teams, interpret GPS data, and apply advanced tactical strategies. Participants will also gain insights from top professionals such as Borja Jiménez, head coach in Spain’s first division, and David Dóniga, an experienced national team coach, enhancing their decision-making with techniques used at the elite level.

2. Talent Development in Youth Football
This course delves into high-performance methodologies, tactical profiling, and the enhancement of individual skills in young footballers. It includes expert contributions from Albert Rudé, a Polish Cup-winning coach, who shares strategies used by top academies to develop elite players.

3. Methodology and Planning in High-Performance Football
This course teaches coaches how to structure training sessions, manage physical workloads, and design effective plans. Featuring insights from Domènec Torrent, former assistant coach to Pep Guardiola and head coach of clubs like Flamengo and Galatasaray, this course provides a deep understanding of elite-level planning methodologies.
